This website describes the plumbing services of Peachtree Corners Express Plumbing. Content is general information and is not a substitute for an inspection by a licensed plumber. Do not rely on it to diagnose an emergency, and do not delay calling for help because of something you read here. We make reasonable efforts to keep the pages accurate, but we cannot promise that every detail is current.

Services and Pricing
Services are arranged by phone.
The plumber explains the scope of work and the price before work begins. A price becomes binding only after you approve it, and you may decline the work at that point.
If you decline, we will explain what we found, and we may charge a fair fee for the time already spent if the plumber was dispatched, but we will tell you about any such fee before the visit begins. If conditions change during the work, we will stop and discuss the change with you before continuing.
Scheduling
Arrival windows are estimates, not promises. Traffic, weather and earlier calls can change when a crew arrives. Dispatch will tell you honestly when a truck can reach you.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to tell us about hazards you know of, such as gas smells, exposed wiring or aggressive animals.
Licensing and Permits
Plumbing work is performed by licensed plumbers as required by Georgia law. Some jobs may need a permit. We will tell you at the quote stage whether a permit is likely, and we direct you to the local building authority for its requirements.
Warranties
Any warranty on parts or equipment comes from the manufacturer unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Workmanship terms, if any, are stated on your invoice or estimate.
Limits of Liability
To the extent the law allows, and without limiting any right you have under Georgia law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
